4. Biodegradable Void Fill: We use Eco-fill chips for cushioning, and these are both biodegradable and compostable. They'll dissolve when they come into contact with water.

5. Recyclable Parcel Boxes and Tapes: Our parcel boxes are constructed from double-walled cardboard for maximum strength during transit, and they are fully recyclable. Additionally, the parcel tape we use is brown paper tape, also recyclable as paper.
